1. My payment is not being processed.
If you encounter a blank screen after initiating payment, please verify whether you are using the Safari browser. This is a known issue, and no funds will be deducted from your account. 2. I require more copies of the book than permitted.
Should you need more copies than the system allows, you may place multiple orders.

3. What is the shipping method for books within India?
Books are dispatched via India Post's Registered Post service. For bulk orders, we may utilise Speed Post, arrange direct delivery, or request collection from a local stocking point, as appropriate.
4. When can I expect to receive my books?
Upon placing your order, please allow 6–10 business days for packing and dispatch. Delivery typically requires an additional 3–4 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that as this store is being managed by a group of volunteers, it may take a few days for us to ship your order. But nothing to worry. You will get an email confirmation as soon as you place your order and a second email with the tracking details as soon as it has been shipped.

12. I wish to ask Swami a spiritual question.
It is recommended that you ask your spiritual queries directly to Swami during any satsang. You may write your question in a paper and hand it over to the organiser of the satsang or to the brahmacharis assisting Swamiji.
