Refund policy

Returns:

• Request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Eligibility: You received a damaged item. Item is in its original packaging. 
• Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return:

• Email: publications@voiceofrishis.org with details of your issue.
• If approved, you will receive a digital return shipping label and instructions.
• Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds:

• After inspection, you will be notified of approval status.
• If approved, choose either:
• Exchange, or
• Refund to your original payment method or bank account (within 10 business days).
• Allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact publications@voiceofrishis.org.

Damages and Issues:

• Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
